Battery Watcher v1.21

I just uploaded Battery Watcher v1.21 to the Market.  Here's the changelog:

  • Added button to open battery usage screen.
  • Made interface use tabs to show preview/stats and preferences (this works better on smaller screens).
  • Made the icon in the widget reflect the current charge level.  This was a feature requested by several users.
  • Fix bug that made the widget say a droid could report 1% increments when in fact it's only capable of 10%.
  • Change the application icon to be different from the widget to avoid confusion.
Happy downloading.

  1. I love this widget. It's simple and matches the HTC settings ones.

However, I now have Froyo and the stock HTC settings widgets now have "3D" colorful images. Any chance of getting an option like that?

  2. I would like to know why this widget needs all those permissions? Especially Internet?

  3. Hi, could you add "Cyprus" as an eligible country so I can also download this app?

  4. @little tiger Better late than never: the app needs various permissions to read the battery state (as you might expect). The internet permission is used for analytics and crash reporting, which help me improve the app.
